The Effect of Health Promotion Program Experience on Health Promotion Intention in the Elderly

Abstract

|
This study"s purpose is to find the influence factor of health promotion intention in the young old. And to discuss heath promotion policy for the elderly with study results. The survey period of this study was from Sept. 13th to Dec. 10th, 2013. 232 complete questionnaires were used for final analysis. The collected data were analyzed by SPSS Ver. 19, and reliability analysis, factor analysis, ANOVA, t-test. And then used Amos Ver. 9 to path analyzed. The research Hypothesis were showed that endogenous variable was influenced significantly direct or indirect by other variables such as socio-demographic, satisfaction of facilities and coach, social supports, perceived health promotion effect. Especially, Social supports presented higher effect(total effect .551) than exogenous variables. It is need to formulate health policy that is to encourage social supports, to improve coach"s capability and satisfaction for the young old.
